How We Protect You
Our safety framework is built around four pillars that underpin every interaction on the platform.
Verified Profiles
All employers and candidates are required to complete a verification process before their profiles go live. This includes confirming contact information and agreeing to our community standards.
Screened Listings
Every job posting on Bookr is reviewed against our content policy. We do not permit misleading titles, misrepresented pay, bait-and-switch roles, or any listing designed to deceive applicants.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Harassment, discrimination, and predatory behavior have no place on Bookr. Violations result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
Fair Dispute Handling
If you have a grievance with another user, our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports and mediates disputes impartially. We aim to resolve reports within 5 business days.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Bookr. Accounts found in violation are subject to immediate suspension without notice.
- Fake or fraudulent job listings
- Misrepresentation of pay, hours, or working conditions
- Requests for payment from candidates (job-fee scams)
- Discriminatory hiring practices based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or mass outreach
- Posting the same job multiple times to artificially inflate visibility
- Sharing or soliciting personal financial information
- Using the platform to recruit for illegal activities
- Impersonating another person, business, or organisation
- Uploading false credentials or fabricated work history
Safe Practices
To keep Bookr safe for everyone, we encourage all users to follow these best practices when using the platform.
- Never send money to an employer or recruiter you haven't verified
- Keep initial communications within the Bookr platform
- Verify a company's legitimacy before providing personal documents
- Report any job that asks for upfront fees or payment details
- Use a professional email address and accurate contact details
- Review all terms before agreeing to any role or contract
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, report it

Identify the Issue
Find the profile, job listing, or message that you believe violates our policies.
Submit a Report
Use the report button on any profile or listing, or email us directly at agencybookr.com@pm.me with full details.
We Investigate
Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report. We may reach out to both parties to gather additional context.
Resolution
We take appropriate action — from a warning and content removal to permanent account suspension, depending on the severity.
